Green and Orange

This is a shot of some flowers from my squash plant. It's great at producing pant and flowers, but no squash. It was a first time attempt.

A fuzzy Macro
I have yet to figure out why the detail Is so sharp on the stems and lacking on the flowers. I think the red of the flowers kind of over stimulated the picture taking process. This probably would have turned out better with film, but it is what it is. The photo is basically just cropped , the red is as the camera saw it.

Fluffy Little flowers

I was quite pleased with the way this shot turned out. I have a few different images of the same flowers I'll be showing for the next few days.

Amamryllis Flower Macro

Another close up shot of the Amaryllis flower.
I feel the need to apologize to you guys. The layout has gone back to the way I had it in an attempt to get two things to happen. One is that I was trying to return the comment function (unsuccessfully) after trying to remove any signs of Haloscan in the HTML. Then there was the Analytics provided by Google, which I thought was a problem but wasn't, sort of. Its all very technical and I could explain it all, but that would be boring and see how you guys like to get in and get out, (Which I greatly appreciate), I shant. But here in the near future It may very well go back to the all Black approach. I just think the images stand out so much better that way.

Birds Of Paradise

These flowers were pretty amazing in size and numbers, at least to me. I found these on the inner fountain area of a local Library on Truxton Ave. in Bakersfield, CA. I love the colors these flowers posses.

Purple flower

I found this tree on the coast of California that had these flowers. It was a good sized tree and I was rather amazed to see this purple vision growing amongst the leaves, in numerous spots.
