It's a pineapple and its ripe. It was also very tasty. It probably should have been processed a few days earlier, but it still worked out ok.

Chocolate and Champagne

This was taken back in February. Chocolate covered fruit and Champagne. Dipped the fruit myself. It was quite tasty.

And all it needed was another 1 1/2 hours cooking. This was taken after 6 hours. I was so glad to get that bird out of the oven. My wife came up sick unfortunately and so I got to cook my first turkey.
